Built around what summer actually erases

Decades of research show kids lose about two months of math gains over a summer with no practice. We don't cover everything from the previous grade — we cover the parts that decay fastest.

🔢

Math facts & fractions

The skills that fade fastest get the most reps.

📖

Reading fluency

Short passages with comprehension checks every day or two.

🔬

Science curiosity

One concept at a time, story-shaped, never lecture.

🧠

Brain teasers

Logic puzzles and rotating wild cards (history, finance, psych).

Common questions

How long is each day's session?

About 15 minutes. The whole 30-day journey is roughly seven and a half hours of practice — spread over a full summer, that's enough to undo most of the typical summer slide.

What grades is it for?

Kindergarten through 8th. The journey reviews the grade your child just finished, so it picks up exactly where the school year left off.

What if we miss a day?

The streak resets, but the journey doesn't. You pick up at the next stop. We'd rather you keep going than start over.

Is it really just math?

No. The rotation is math → reading → science → brain teaser → wild card (history, finance, or psychology). Variety keeps it from feeling like a worksheet.

My kid finishes early — what then?

They keep earning badges and start a second pass at a harder difficulty. Or move to the full iMasterly tutor for the next grade.

Does it cost anything?

iMasterly is free, including Summer Brain Boost plus all the rest.

Is it too late to start in mid-summer?

No. 30 days at 15 minutes/day fits in any month. We hear from families starting in July, August, even Labor Day weekend — late is better than not at all.

30 days. 15 minutes. One journey.

Open the map. Take the first stop. Your child does the rest.
