Devang Desai is a technology leader and product builder with two decades of experience designing and building large-scale enterprise systems where reliability, performance, and scale are non-negotiable. Before iMasterly, he built a natural-language search platform for automotive dealerships.

At iMasterly, Devang leads product and technology, architecting the learning engine, curriculum architecture, and technical foundation behind the platform. His experience building complex systems, and his insistence on getting the underlying architecture right, shapes how iMasterly is being built from the ground up.

His focus is turning what great teachers do naturally into technology capable of doing that for every learner: understanding where a child is struggling and adapting how something is taught.

Dhwani Yagnik leads growth through the channels that matter most to iMasterly: parents, schools, and trusted communities.

To date, iMasterly has used no paid acquisition. Nearly every family who joined in the first year came through a conversation: parent groups, school communities, referrals, or even a post in a carpool thread.

Dhwani also owns one of iMasterly’s most important feedback loops: every child test-runs the product before release. Nothing ships until she has put it in front of real children, watched how they use it, and brought those observations back into the product.

Shannon Baker brings the perspective iMasterly needs most: that of an experienced educator and a parent who has used the product with her own child.

Since 2016, Shannon has taught at an IB World School, and she was an early, trusted believer in iMasterly’s mission. She experienced the platform firsthand and provided candid feedback on what worked, what didn’t, and what needed to improve.

Shannon is more than an advisor on paper. She has helped shape the product itself, bringing classroom reality into how iMasterly is built.
