Common questions

Who can post on the ideas board?

Any iMasterly family. Parents and kids on the account can both post and vote. We moderate for spam — beyond that, the feed is yours.

Does my idea need to be polished?

No. A sentence is enough. We translate it into something concrete on our side.

Do you actually build the top-voted ideas?

We commit to reading and replying to every idea above ~10 votes. We don't build all of them — but we're honest about why, in public. Several shipped features started on the board.

Can my child post?

Yes, from their own profile. Their posts count the same as adult posts.

Is it free?

Yes. Posting and voting are free for anyone with an iMasterly account.

Where do I report a private issue with my child's data?

Email support@imasterly.com — the ideas board is public, that channel is private.
