Delete your iMasterly account
You're always in control. Here's how to permanently remove your account and everything tied to it — the parent account and every child profile under it.
Delete it in the app
- 1Open iMasterly (or sign in at imasterly.com) with the parent account.
- 2Go to Settings from your profile menu.
- 3Tap Delete Account.
- 4Confirm. This is permanent and can't be undone.

support@imasterly.comWe verify the request against your account email and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What we delete
Permanently removed or anonymized within 30 days:
- •Your parent / guardian account (email + login)
- •All child profiles (names, grade levels)
- •Learning history & progress (lessons, answers, scores)
- •Any voice recordings and homework photos you submitted
What we may keep
Only where required by law or for security:
- •Basic transaction / security logs, in anonymized form, for a limited period as required by law.
- •Content sent to our AI provider for real-time tutoring is processed under a zero-data-retention agreement and is not retained by that provider.
